The Children’s Warehouse, based in Newcastle,  is a social enterprise  part of which provides a service recycling materials -seen as waste by manufacturers and shops - but re-usable in craftwork.

The Warehouse has been providing services to community organisations since 1978. It was initially started as a resource for community arts but has grown to include other activities. Any profits from sales or services, supports the overall operation of the Children’s Warehouse.  There are several parts of the operation but the overall aim is to act as a creative resource for education, play and youth work.
